TORONTO — The Pearl Diver on Adelaide St. E., has been winning Toronto seafood lovers over with its combination of local, ethical and sustainable menu items. The award-winning raw bar has just upped the ante with its new dinner, lunch and brunch menus.
The kitchen is headed by veteran chefs Milosz “Tom” Malycha and long-time colleague, Martin Zechel. While Pearl Diver is a seafood forward eatery, the menu offers numerous options for carnivores as well. From the Pearl Diver dry-aged beef burgers and PEI Rib Eyes, to local pork loin chops and Ontario hanger steaks with confit garlic, rosemary butter and frites, the choices are plentiful.
There is a spacious “kitchen pantry” at the back of the restaurant for hosting private functions. Ontario craft beer, a global wine selection and hand-crafted, seasonal cocktails bring added value to guests’ dining experience.
