EDMONTON — Pizza 73 is baking a smile into its pizzas, offering customers a specially priced nine-inch Smile pizza in support of the Slices for Smiles campaign for the Children’s Miracle Network.
Until November 12, customers can show their support for local children’s hospitals by purchasing these Smile pizzas for $5.50. A percentage of proceeds from the sale of each pizza will be directed to help fund critical care, research, training and equipment at Stollery Children’s Hospital, Alberta Children’s Hospital, BC Children’s Hospital Foundation and the Jim Pattison Hospital Foundation.
In 2016, Pizza 73 and its sister company, Pizza Pizza, raised $500,000 for children’s hospitals. Since the launch of the program in 2007, Slices for Smiles has raised more than $2.5 million for children’s causes in Canada.
