Pusateri’s Welcomes Momofuku to Champagne Bar at Saks Food Hall

TORONTO — As Momofuku closes restaurants Daisho and Shoto for renovations this month, the internationally recognized restaurant group has found a new home at the Champagne Bar at Saks Food Hall by Pusateri’s located in CF Eaton Centre in downtown Toronto.

Chef de cuisine Paula Navarrete has created a menu of select favourites to serve at the Pusateri’s Champagne Bar for a limited time. The menu will be available to customers starting March 19 and will feature items such as pork buns with cured cucumber, scallion and hoisin ($6), beef tartar with black garlic and thai basil ($21), chicken Katsu with milk bread and smoked daikon ($19) and seafood pancakes served with gochujang mayo and pickled shiitakes ($23).
