Rascal Flatts To Open Restaurants In U.S. and Canada

PHOENIX — Rascal Flatts is stepping into new territory, announcing plans to open themed restaurants in the U.S. and Canada.

Rascal Flatts Restaurant Group, formed by Philip Lama and Eric Soe, has partnered with the iconic country music band for the venture.

The first restaurant will be developed in Phoenix. The 14,000-square-feet space will feature live nationally recognized entertainment, a sound stage, an elevated bar, indoor/outdoor bar and retail space.

Lama has developed and financed several restaurants and partnered with Soe, opening PJ’s Grill in Tempe, Arizona. Soe has served as a top executive for domestic and international Fortune 500 companies, including MCI WorldCom.
