LONDON, Ont. — Cineplex Entertainment is opening a location of its new Rec Room concept in London, Ont., reports the London Free Press.
The “eats and entertainment” venue will be located on the upper floor of the former Target store in CF Masonville Place mall. The 3,300-sq.-metre Rec Room location will feature restaurants, live entertainment and a variety of video games. The London location is scheduled to open in 2018.
The Rec Room opened its first location in Edmonton in September. Additional locations in Toronto and Calgary will open this year, with plans to roll out 10 to 15 locations across Canada over the next few years.
