In July, Upstreet Craft Brewing partnered with the Chef Inspired Group of Restaurants to open the Upstreet BBQ Brewhouse in Dartmouth, N.S. Drawing inspiration from Kansas City, the 150-seat restaurant (set to open this month) offers a traditional Southern-barbecue experience including in-house smoked meats, rotisserie, classic sides and lighter options.
Upstreet Co-Founder and beer engineer Mike Hogan will oversee brewing operations and will help bring P.E.I. craft beers to life in Dartmouth.
