OAKVILLE, Ont. — For a limited time, The Works Gourmet Burger Bistro is offering three new burgers. The new creations — part of the Sweet Dreams Are Made of Cheese promotion — are Let it Brie, Royal with Cheese and Malibu Total Meltdown.
Let It Brie features an 8-ounce beef patty, topped with arugula, house-made balsamic-onion jam, bacon, roasted tomatoes and a breaded brie wheel ($17.91). The Royal with Cheese is a Works patty, topped with Boursin cheese, grilled red onions, red peppers, arugula and balsamic drizzle ($17.34). Malibu Total Meltdown has cheese stuffed into an eight-ounce patty, topped with an onion ring, the Works’ signature Beechhouse sauce and Havarti, Gouda and brie cheeses ($16.98).
The Works has also introduced Take Our Curd For It — battered cheese curds tossed in smoked garlic seasoning and served on a bed of Works bacon sticks with marinara sauce for dipping ($11.83).
“We’re very excited to bring our guests new gourmet-cheese creations that they can’t get anywhere else,” says Bruce Miller, president and CEO at The Works.
