TORONTO — Stratus winery’s Coast-to-Coast supper series is set to return Nov. 3 with chef Jeremy Charles and his sommelier partner Jeremy Bonia of St. John’s, N.L.’s, Raymonds restaurant.
The pair will present a five-course meal that will offer a wild twist on rustic East Coast cuisine.
Toronto’s Alison Fryer of the noted Cookbook Store will emcee the sold-out evening at the Niagara-on-the-Lake winery.
Raymonds was named Best New Restaurant in Canada by En Route magazine in 2011.
