VANCOUVER — White Spot has joined Vancouver’s growing food-cart market with its Triple O’s On The Go mobile kitchens.
Triple O’s, the quick-service division of the White Spot brand, debuted a food cart at a fireworks show in English Bay earlier this week, and operators expect the carts at more special events around the city.“I’sm just excited about the extension of the food carts in Vancouver,” Scott Lewis, Triple O’s director of Operations, told The Vancouver Sun. “We’sre not full service, but we tend to have a fresher product than some of the other quick-service restaurants out there. We’sre using White Spot products, served quickly. Our development staff is always coming up with new ideas. We can get on-the-spot feedback on what people like.”
