NIAGARA-ON-THE-LAKE, Ont. — Now in its 21st year, Niagara viticulture standby Hillebrand, will host its much anticipated Jazz at the Winery on Saturday, July 10.
The annual Hillebrand Jazz at the Winery began in 1989 with the intent of bringing premier Canadian jazz talent to Niagara Wine Country and serving it up with premium wines and wine country cuisine. This year’s edition of the popular festival will be headlined by Emilie-Claire Barlow and also feature performances by Denzal Sinclaire, the Richard Underhill Quintet and the Jake Wilkinson Quintet featuring Michelle Willis.
Originally a two-day, ‘sbring-your-own-lawn chair’s event, the concert has evolved into a single day best-in-class jazz gathering with a variety of different ticket options and experiences available. These experiences include: Vineyard Lawn Seating, Trius Red Lounge, Backstage Pass and Hillebrand Winery Restaurant Patio Seating.
Of course, Hillebrand Winery’s best vintages will be sold alongside the finest Wine Country fare in chef Frank Dodd’s Market, where all of the food is seasonally inspired and locally sourced.
