Ingredients:
Flame grilled Angus beef patty (raised without added hormones and antibiotics)
grilled ginger-glazed pineapple (marinade includes butter, brown sugar and ginger purée, heated and mixed, then swiped over pineapple slices)
Wasabi mayo (wasabi powder, water and mayonnaise)
Red pepper relish
2 strips of bacon
lettuce
Method:
1. Start with a fresh patty and flame grill it to 160⁰C (320⁰F)
2. Add patty and ingredients above to a white, whole wheat or gluten-free bun
