ST. AUGUSTINE, Fla. — The American Culinary Federation, Inc. (ACF) will mark its 85th anniversary by introducing a new logo for the organization.
Thomas Macrina, CEC, CCA, HGT, AAC, national president for the ACF, has announced that the new symbol will be unveiled online on Jan. 6 at acfchefs.org.The 10-member Board of the St Augustine, Fla.-base ACF created a logo that reflects the organization’s commitment to growth, transformation and innovation in the culinary world. “[It] will create a more cohesive look and stronger brand recognition for all entities of the organization while drawing on the legacy of the current logo,” says Macrina.
Established in 1929, ACF is the premier professional organization for culinarians in North America, with more than 20,000 members spanning 200 chapters in the U.S. Many Canadian culinarians are ACF members, usually through chapters located close to the Canadian border.
