TORONTO — Jon Taffer, an award-winning concept developer and author, will highlight the science behind a bar’s success during his “Taffer Talks” keynote address at the Restaurants Canada Show March 1.
Taffer has consulted for more than 800 businesses and will bring 30 years of knowledge and skill to his presentation.
Attendees to the ticketed event — which costs $95 for Restaurants Canada members, associates and show exhibitors and $110 for others — will receive Taffer’s latest book, Raise the Bar, a guide to transforming a bar or restaurant. A book-signing will follow the speech.
The talk will be held from 12:30 to 1:30 pm at the Direct Energy Centre in Toronto.
The Restaurants Canada Show will be held at the Direct Energy Centre from March 1 to 3.
