Baskin-Robbins Unveils Creature Creations 2.0 and July Flavour of the Month

TORONTO — Baskin-Robbins Canada launched its second lineup of Creature Creations on July 1 to mark the beginning of National Ice Cream Month.

Priced at $4.99, the theme is “Into the Sea,” featuring a dolphin, shark and turtle. The new creatures pair well with the brand’s July Flavour of the Month, Beach Day, showcasing a scoop of blue salted-vanilla ice cream made with sea salt from the Pacific Ocean ponds and includes milk-chocolate caramel-filled turtles, blue and green freckled frosting bits and a graham-cracker ribbon.

“The vanilla pairs really well with the crunchy graham cracker ribbon,” says Mike Gooding, a 34-year veteran at Baskin-Robbins Canada. “Our product-development teams never cease to amaze me. As we approach 50 years of business in Canada, my colleagues keep finding new and exciting ways to surprise our Canadian guests and, looking at our delivery, takeout and general sales, I’m happy to see we’re looking healthy for the next 50 years.”

The new creatures replace the monster, unicorn and mermaid Creature Creations launched in July 2020. The new product category received strong feedback from customers across North America.
