TORONTO — Casa Don Alfonso, located in the Conservatory of Casa Loma, is officially re-opening its doors on July 21 for 5 p.m. dinner service Wednesday through Sunday.

Casa Don Alfonso offers an eight-course tasting menu as well as an expanded a la-carte menu, with Mediterranean-influenced dishes such as organic Manitoba bison tenderloin, soy-smoked organic tofu soup and rigatoni Vesuvius prepared by chef Ernesto Iaccarino.

“We are pleased to offer Toronto one of its beloved Michelin-inspired dining experiences, Casa Don Alfonso, in its pop-up location at Casa Loma,” says Nick Di Donato, CEO of Liberty Entertainment Group (LEG). “It was lauded both for the food and for the beautiful and refined elegance of the Conservatory when first opened, so we’re thrilled to be able to offer the unparalleled dining experience to our guests, once again.”
