TORONTO — Blaze Fast Fire’d Pizza announced today that it will open its first Canadian location in Toronto on Oct 8.

Blaze Pizza offers custom-built artisanal pizzas, freshly made salads, blood orange lemonade and s’more pies. The Toronto restaurant will use Canadian flour to make its dough from scratch with a recipe developed by executive chef Bradford Kent. Each restaurant features an interactive open kitchen where guests can watch their pizzas cook in 180 seconds.
