LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Yum Brands, Inc. has appointed Brian Cornell to its Board of Directors, effective immediately.

Cornell has more than 30 years of experience leading retail and global consumer product companies. He previously served as CEO for Target and CEO of PepsiCo Americas Foods.
