Chef Daniel Boulud Named World’s Best Restaurateur 2021

PARIS — Chef Daniel Boulud has been named the world’s best restaurateur by Les Grandes Tables du Monde, an association of 184-top quality restaurants.

Chef Boulud moved to New York in 1982, and for the last three decades, has been making his culinary mark around the world. He has opened restaurants in the U.S., Canada, Dubai, Singapore and the Bahamas, including Boulud Sud, Le Pavillon, DB Bistro & Oyster Bar, Brasserie Boulud and more.

“Together, we continue to evolve and elevate the cuisine, rooted in the French tradition, with modern refinements to make even the most classic dishes a revelation. Our bar and lounge offer an à la carte menu, and no reservations are required. Our New York finest hospitality is back, and so is #DANIEL.
