TORONTO — Two chefs will come together for a challenge series called ChefXChange, which will pair them in an evening of collaboration, camaraderie and culinary exchange.
Created by TouchBistro and hosted at the Food and Liquor restaurant in Toronto, chefs Vincent Ng (Food & Liquor) and Andy Wilson (Pinkerton’s Snack Bar) will each dish up two signature dishes and collaborate on a surprise dish on September 24.
Guests will also have their choice of Wild Turkey Bourbon & Campari cocktail or Woodhouse Lager.
ChefXChange is a quarterly series that will roll-out across North America in cities such as LA, Chicago, Austin, New York and Dallas.
