Lagoon Seafood to Launch New Ready-to-Cook Products

LACHINE, Que. — Lagoon Seafood will participate in the North America Seafood Expo from Mar. 13 to 15 in Boston, Mass., where it will unveil a variety of new frozen and fresh seafood products, including bacon-wrapped scallops, salmon wellington, seasoned salmon tartare, sashimi-salmon slice and marinated salmon skewers.

“Over the last few years, the seafood industry has been impacted by the global pandemic. At Lagoon Seafood, we were fortunate to continue to develop and build our business and product offerings. We look forward to sharing our developments and new products with members of the seafood community,” says Michael Cheaib, business resource manager at Lagoon Seafood. “Concurrently with the ongoing construction of our Granby facility, we are expanding our offering of ready-to-cook and ready-to-eat fish and seafood products. Lagoon Seafood’s pillar brand, Blue Tide’s bacon-wrapped scallops, is one of our newest value-added products that will be on showcase.”
