LACHINE, Que. — Lagoon Seafood will participate in the North America Seafood Expo from Mar. 13 to 15 in Boston, Mass., where it will unveil a variety of new frozen and fresh seafood products, including bacon-wrapped scallops, salmon wellington, seasoned salmon tartare, sashimi-salmon slice and marinated salmon skewers.
“Over the last few years, the seafood industry has been impacted by the global pandemic. At Lagoon Seafood, we were fortunate to continue to develop and build our business and product offerings.
