Major Restaurants to Occupy Toronto’s Newest Development

TORONTO — The Well, Toronto’s largest active construction project located at Front and Spadina, is almost complete and will soon be home to a slew of new restaurants, entertainment venues, markets and other businesses.

A new Oliver & Bonacini restaurant concept featuring a rooftop patio with views of Lake Ontario and the CN Tower will occupy the 38th floor of the complex’s office tower. Additionally, Montreal’s popular salad spot, Mandy’s, will open its second location at The Well, as well as L’Avenue, its first Ontario location along the Wellington Street frontage.

The Well is also expected to feature several entertainment venues and food markets for groceries, daily essentials and craft beer, including National and the Wellington Market. Other confirmed businesses include Adidas, Bone & Biscuit Co., Bridgette Bar, Bailey Nelson, Fix Coffee + Bikes, Tokyo Smoke, Sweat & Tonic, Quantum Coffee, the first Canadian location of N.Y.C-based Prince St. Pizza, LuLu Bar, Warner Music Group, Arcadia Earth, The Dorset, La Plume and Vie Nail & Beauty Salon.
