EDMONTON — Members of Culinary Team NAIT returned to Edmonton with four silver and six bronze medals following a sweep at the prestigious Hong Kong International Culinary Classic at HOFEX 2011, Asia’s leading food and hospitality tradeshow.

Not only was it the first time Nait had been at HOFEX, but it was the newly formed culinary team’s first competition. Each of the team’s six members won at least one medal. The winners were as follows: Ashley Broad with two silvers; Petaree Poprasat with one silver, one bronze; Tiffany Sorenson with one bronze; Phillip Robodoux with one bronze, one silver; Jayden Kresnyak with two bronze; and David Leeder with one bronze
