Louis BonBon Café

TORONTO — Toronto’s PATH is getting a new addition with the grand opening of the European-inspired café Louis BonBon. The restaurant is reminiscent of glamorous Parisian storefronts, bathed in bright white marble covering the floors and counters, with accents of gold. A feature wall shares designer wallpaper by Versace and Dolce & Gabbana. The front window hosts a state-of-the-art gelato machine with 12 Italian gelato flavours.

In addition to gelato, Louis BonBon offers an extensive and carefully curated beverage menu of juices, fresh smoothies, and elevated blended teas. Beverage director Giovanni Zapata takes his extensive mixology and sommelier experience and brings craftsmanship to every beverage on offer, from teas infused with jasmine, tisane, and sencha to teas mixed with fruits and florals for unique presentation and taste.

At Louis BonBon, mornings start with fresh croissants, avocado toast, and gourmet egg bites paired with Louis BonBon’s authentic Italian espresso, lattes, and signature beverages.

The pastry counter will be replenished all day long with macarons, cookies, tarts and cakes. Grab-and-go options are on offer, catering to convenience without compromising the quality of the salads, focaccia sandwiches and pizza ready in minutes.

Louis BonBon café is open weekdays from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. and weekends from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. in the RBC Tower of Toronto’s PATH, located at 200 Bay St.
