When the doors open for the 141st season at Windermere House, guests will be introduced to a bevy of services as well as the newest Oliver & Bonacini Restaurants location.
“We’re very excited to be opening at Windermere House for the kickoff of cottage season,” said Andrew Oliver, Oliver & Bonacini Resturants. “Our entire creative team has been involved in the development of new menus for the Rosseau Grill and the Windermere Pub.” Offerings include pulled-pork poutine, smoked chicken and maple bacon panini and Dorito baked mac ‘n’ cheese. “We’ve also brought back pub favourites like deep-fried pickles and fish and chips. The Rosseau Grill will feature wonderful steaks, chops and ribs as well as Michael Bonacini’s signature house-made ricotta gnocchi.”
Located on Lake Rosseau in Muskoka, Windermere House has symbolized the cottage country lakefront resort experience for more than a century.
