TORONTO — Toronto meat lovers are itching to learn the details about the new Caplansky’s Delicatessen food truck, and the Toronto Star has more details on the launch.
Up until now there have been no announcements about a launch on Twitter or Facebook, but late last week the Star reported that Caplansky was aiming to have the first of his “fleet” of trucks licenced and on the road in days. This news comes just a couple months before a working group sub-committee prepares recommendations for Toronto’s street food policies.
