TORONTO — Pizza Pizza is encouraging customers to order online. It’s part of a new promotion that will put the keys of a 2012 Fiat 500 Pop in the hands of four people who will be entered for the chance to win the car when they create their own Euro Cup-inspired Pizza online at PizzaPizza.ca or through the company’s iPhone app.
“An increasing number of our customers are ordering online and through our iPhone app, because it’s easy and convenient,” said Pat Finelli, chief marketing officer for Pizza Pizza. “The Euro pizza and Fiat 500 giveaway is another way for us to engage people online and have a little fun while we’re at it.”
From now until July 15, customers are encouraged to create pizzas using ingredients that are representative of a Euro World Cup country. For example, an Italian pie might include Italian homestyle tomato sauce and genoa salami.
In August, 40 entrants will be invited to the chain’s Toronto head office, where the four winners will be named.
