MONTREAL — Pür & Simple is expanding its mission to re-define culinary innovation with a brand-new breakfast and lunch lineup. The rapidly expanding Canadian restaurant chain has unveiled an exciting new menu featuring ingredients such as kimchi, pesto, coconut and lavender.

“Our journey at Pür & Simple began in 2018 with a desire to expand breakfast frontiers,” says Ritou Maloni, Pür & Simple’s co-founder, president and COO. “We set out to elevate the breakfast and brunch experience, and have introduced hundreds of thousands of Canadians to our fresh approach to breakfast and lunch dining. By introducing bold and fresh flavours, we intrigue our guests to try something new and step out of their comfort zone.”

The new menu, which officially launched at more than 40 Pür & Simple locations across Canada on March 26, includes these unexpected twists on classic recipes:

  • A Korean take on classic eggs benny with a new Kickin Kimchi Benedict, as well as a new Korean Sunrise Skillet.
  • Pesto Philly Steak Skillet
  • Riri’s Coconut Crunch French Toast
  • A Pür & Simple version of the Smash Burger
  • On-trend drink flavours such as the new Lemon Lavender Fizz Mocktail and Tropical Bliss Smoothie
  • Healthy options including a power bowl, vegan toast, and egg-white omelette
