VANCOUVER — Russell Breweries Inc. says its previously announced sale of all the property assets used to produce beer in Manitoba, under the name Fort Garry Brewing Company, has been successfully completed. Russell Breweries’ shareholders approved the sale at a shareholder’s meeting held Nov. 25, 2016.
The brewing company is anticipating other previously announced asset sales related to its business in B.C., under the name Russell Brewing Company, to close later in the month. The sale is subject to several customary closing conditions, including a final approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
