The free outdoor public celebration of wild B.C. salmon, sablefish and sardines will be attended by members of B.C.’s commercial fishing industry and several of the province’s most acclaimed chefs and seafood experts.

This year’s special guest chefs include Tojo (owner and executive chef of Tojo’s Restaurant, Vancouver) who will feature contemporary wild B.C. sablefish creations; Neil Taylor (executive chef of Cibo Trattoria, Vancouver) who will serve up Mediterranean-inspired wild B.C. sardine creations; and Stephen Wong (Vancouver journalist, consultant and cookbook author) who will serve Asian-inspired wild B.C. salmon recipes.
