The event, which will run from Sept. 17 to 19, will feature a food pavilion with interactive shellfish culinary demos, an International P.E.I. Shellfish Chef Challenge, a celebrity oyster-shucking competition and the Mott’s Clamato Best Caesar in Town competition.
“The festival promises to be bigger and better than ever this year, with a larger seafood selection in the food pavilion than in previous years and a new shellfish and wine pairing activity,” said Liam Dolan, the founder and co-chair of the festival told the Charlottetown’s Guardian newspaper.
