WATERLOO, Ont. — Solé Restaurant & Wine Bar, located in Waterloo, Ont. since 1999, has become part of the Charcoal Group.
Founded by the Cerny family, the decision to transition was born out of a conversation initiated last year between John Cerny and Charcoal Group CEO Jody Palubiski.
“We feel fortunate to have an opportunity to be a part of the Solé story and are incredibly excited to be working with the team,” says Palubiski.
