TORONTO — Shannon Carrigan has joined Centennial College School of Hospitality, Tourism and Culinary Arts as general manager of The Local Cafe and Restaurant and the Centennial College Event Centre.
Prior to joining Centennial, Carrigan spent seven years with SIR Corp., both at Alice Fazooli’s Italian Grill and Scaddabush Italian Kitchen & Bar. Her roles included Service manager, Beverage manager and most recently assistant general manager. Carrigan also holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Hospitality and Tourism Management from the University of Guelph.
