TORONTO — The Wines of France has joined with the Liquor Control Board of Ontario (LCBO) to showcase its vino at a series of Pop-Up Wine Bar tasting events at LCBO parking lots across Toronto.
An evolving parade of food trucks will be joining the fun. “Partnering with some of the best food trucks in the province, the Liquor Control Board of Ontario (LCBO) and Wines of France will offer an original way to explore the richness of French wines, while discovering new aromas, flavour profiles and pairings,” reads a press release about the pop-up.
The Pop-Up Wine Bar will run until Aug. 11 at select LCBO parking lots. A different food truck will be on-site each day, but those set to be featured include Caplansky’s Deli Truck and the Urban Smoke Food Truck.
The Pop-up runs until Aug. 1 at the LCBO Summerhill location (10 Scrivener Square) and from Aug. 8 to 11 at the LCBO at Hwy 401 and Weston Rd. (2625D Weston Rd.).
