CCFCC Names Volino Manager for Bocuse d’Or

The Canadian Culinary Federation (CCFCC) has appointed Toronto’s Cornelia Volino manager of Bocuse d’sOr Canada, effective immediately. The appointment runs until May 31, 2017.

Volino subsequently announced that she has appointed Luc Boissy, CCFCC Montreal, as assistant manager. Boissy has significant international experience. He was the manager of Team Quebec in the 2008 Culinary Olympics in Erfurt, Germany.

Volino is a past president of the CCFCC and a former continental director – Americas of the World Association of Chef Societies.

Held every two years in Lyon, France, the next Bocuse d’sOr competition is Jan. 29, 2015. Contenders must first complete a regional selection competition process, the details of which are to be announced soon.
