VANCOUVER — The management team of the Vancouver seafood and tapas restaurant Hapa Umi is hosting a dinner to raise funds for the victims of the March 11 Fukushima earthquake and tsunami.
The June 26 event will include a reception and five-course dinner, including a coho salmon trio plate, green and white asparagus salad, sous-vide pork belly with seared scallop and hapa umi dessert. All proceeds will benefit the Hearts for Haragama Foundation.
Tickets are available at Hapa Izakaya and Hapa Umi restaurants for $75 per person.
