Japanese Cuisine opened May 1 above MacAulay’s Bakery and Deli, boasting some of the islands only authentic Japanese cuisine.
The restaurant is helmed by award-winning head chef Masashi Katsuki, deputy head chef and ramen specialist Yoshihisa Takashima and senior chef Eisuke Koyama. It offers a range of dishes from traditional sashimi to ramen and features its own noodle-making machine. Customers can order off a traditional menu or use an iPad with images and descriptions of the menu items.
Lunch and dinner seating available between 11:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. and 5 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. from Tuesday to Saturday and a dinner seating on Sunday between 5p.m. and 8:30 p.m.
