The Pür and Simple breakfast chain continued its expansion into Atlantic Canada with the opening of its Saint John, N.B. location earlier this year. Offering healthy breakfast and lunch menus stocked with skillets and waffles, as well as burgers and vegan and gluten-free options, the chain aims to compete with concepts such as Cora’s.
The breakfast menu includes French toast, omelettes, breakfast burritos and eggs benedict, while burgers, sandwiches, salads and entrees such asfish and chips are on the menu for lunch.
Pür and Simple also boasts signature smoothies ranging in flavour from strawberry and banana to peanut butter.
Open all week from 7 a.m. until 3 p.m., Pur and Simple boasts a vibrant and vast brunch menu.
