TORONTO — Lactalis Canada has once again been ranked one of the Most Trusted Brands in Canada and number-1 in the Dairy Products and Alternatives category on the 2023 Gustavson Brand Trust Index (GBTI), a consumer trust study conducted by the Peter B. Gustavson School of Business at the University of Victoria in British Columbia.
The Gustavson Brand Trust Index (GBTI) is a significant research study that explores consumer trust, the factors influencing it and the brands that excel in building trust. Conducted between January and April 2023, the study surveyed more than 13,000 Canadians on 400 national and global brands in 33 categories in Canada measuring consumer trust through the following dimensions: brand trust overall, brand authenticity, brand ability, brand affinity and advocacy.
