TORONTO — Manchu Wok has launched its new Wasabi Grill and Noodle concept as part of the renovated North York City Centre food court in North York, Ont.
The new Japanese concept is designed in a black and red modern sleek design with high-end finishings and numerous digital menu boards. ”The challenge is to combine design excellence with food that stands up to the same level of sophistication and freshness once you’ve caught the consumer’s eye,” said Kelvin Chen, president and CEO of Manchu Wok.
Wasabi Grill and Noodle serves four styles of food: cook-to-order options with chicken, beef, shrimp and fish; warm buffet; noodles/noodles soups; and sushi.
Manchu Wok is North America’s largest Chinese food franchise — a subsidiary of Hong Kong-based Café de Coral.
