BELTSVILLE, Md. — David G. Binkle has been appointed to corporate executive chef of Marra Forni, a global manufacturer of Artisan Commercial Brick Oven Cooking Solutions.
In his new role, Binkle will be engaged cross-functionally in supporting sales, marketing and ongoing product development. His primary responsibility will be the development and execution of culinary strategy and best-in-class resources and educational training and program development.
Chef Binkle has nearly 35 years of culinary experience as an award-winning professional chef, pastry chef, culinary educator and featured presenter and keynote speaker. His culinary career spans multiple business segments, including restaurants, healthcare, corporate dining, chain and primary education. He has also taught culinary arts for several community colleges, the Institute for Culinary Education, and was a full-time baking and pastry instructor at the Art Institute of Dallas. Most recently, Binkle served as the onsite executive chef corporate R&D for Food Service Partners (FSP) at the Georgina International Food Centre (GIFC) at Renaissance Park.
