VANCOUVER — Celebrity chef David Chang is set to open an outpost of Momofuku Noodle Bar in Vancouver in late 2020. The restaurant will be located in the Vancouver House real-estate project and will mark Momofuku Group’s first foray into western Canada.
The new restaurant will be based on the original New York Momofuku Noodle Bar, while celebrating the best products the Pacific Northwest has to offer. The concept currently has two locations in New York, as well as one in Toronto.
