TORONTO — Restaurant Brands International Inc. (RBI) will acquire Firehouse Subs for $1 billion.
Since 2010, Firehouse Subs has increased its number of restaurants to 1,200. Additionally, its system-wide sales reached roughly $1.1 billion for 2021.
