TORONTO — Toronto’s Rosalinda hosted its inaugural drag brunch event recently, which encompassed a morning of entertainment, delicious plant-based bites and vibrant company.

Drag performers Krēme Inakuchi and Molly Amoresse turned up the heat in the restaurant’s sprawling dining room, serving fierce looks alongside Rosalinda’s plant-based brunch offerings. Guests enjoyed a two-course prix-fixe brunch ($35), including an assortment of fresh pastries, followed by the choice of Avocado Toast (homemade focaccia, guacamole, oyster mushrooms, pickled onions, side of yucca fries); Pancakes (chocolate chips, berries compote, coconut whipped cream); Chilaquiles (salsa roja, grains pure, cashew crema, chorizo, guacamole); or the Full Rosalinda Breakfast (tofu scrambled, grains pure, yucca fries, chorizo), with beverages available for purchase.
