TORONTO — Sliders are the talk of the town in Toronto’s Danforth neighbourhood with the recent opening of Slider Revolution, a restaurant that focuses on sliders and weekend brunch.

Owner Rich Lee’s menu of 14 sliders is divided into the following categories: Stuffed Meatball, Pulled Pork, AAA Prime Rib, Pulled Chicken and Vegetarian/Seafood.

Sliders varieties include lamb with goat cheese, cucumber, mint and lemon aioli ($4); philly steak with provolone, grilled onions, peppers, and creamy horseradish slaw ($4.50) and sides such as herbed potato chips ($2.75). The brunch menu includes breakfast sliders, such as shrimp and lobster ($12.50), eggs benny ($10 – $13.50) as well as pancakes and waffles ($9 – $12).

According to Toronto Life, the new restaurant, which takes the place of the former Three’s Company brunch and catering spot, employs the defunct company’s owner Carolyn Hogg, as the chef and manager.

Slider Revolution is located at 673 Danforth Ave. It’s open from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Mondays to Fridays, from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Saturdays and from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Sundays.
