St. Louis Bar & Grill Unveils New Summer Menu

TORONTO — St. Louis Bar & Grill has launched its new summer menu to celebrate the return of patio season.

New shareable eats include St. Louis’ Tin Can Nacho and Chicken Fried Pork Ribs, made with its Louis ’92 BBQ sauce. Summer classics include Bang Bang Shrimp Tacos and its Whatchamacallit, a grilled Angus burger topped with cheddar cheese, smoked bacon, jalapeno BBQ sauce and squeezed between toasted Belgian waffles. Lastly, signature patio drinks include Cider Sangria, Tequila Swizzle and an expansive collection of beer. The brand’s Return Flights are also back by popular demand and include four two-ounce servings of frozen lemonades or signature sparklers in mango, raspberry, peach and strawberry.

“So many of our guests have made our patios part of their summer tradition. There’s a lot of anticipation around our seasonal menu launches now because guests love our new twists on classics that pack a flavour punch mixed with a little of decadence,” says Jeff Hartle, head of Culinary, St. Louis Bar & Grill.
