TORONTO — The Fifteen Group Inc. has acquired Fervid Communications Inc. in order to boost the menu-development and marketing arms of its business.

The move marks the Fifteen Group Inc.’s transition into a full-service agency for new-restaurant development and effective on-going operations. Established in 2001, the company has since developed and launched 80 new restaurant concepts, providing branding and restaurant conception, operations management, staff training, menu development, kitchen design, financial consulting and bookkeeping services.
As part of the Fifteen Group Inc., Fervid Communications Inc. will help to improve the group’s overall digital-brand-development strategy while bolstering its advertising, social-media management, public relations and event-management teams.
