BRAINTREE, Mass. — Wendy’s will be using a custom version of WorldAPP’s Form.com mobile-data collection platform to improve customer experience evaluations in its restaurants.
Wendy’s will use the mobile-evaluation platform to measure and improve quality, food safety and consistency in the field. The company will analyze data gathered from these evaluations to drive strategies that improve experiences at individual restaurants.
