CHARLOTTETOWN — The Canadian Chef Educators Association is holding its annual conference from June 21 to 24 in Charlottetown.
The conference, to be hosted by the Holland College/Culinary Institute of Canada, coincides with the Canadian Chef Educators Association’s annual general meeting.
The four-day event is designed to educate and inspire foodservice professionals and aspiring gourmands.

A professional development component is also scheduled, with Megan Mullally, RD of Holland College. Delegates can also tour Canada’s smartest kitchen with Allan Williams, research and development chef from the Institute.
A gala dinner, presented by the association and hosted by chef Michael Smith, is open to members and non-members.
