MONCTON, N.B. — Raymond Roberge, GM of the Delta Beauséjour, is celebrating The Windjammer Restaurant’s 20th consecutive CAA/AAA Four Diamond Award distinction.
“Our Windjammer team under maître d’ Frédéric Mazerolle and executive chef Stefan Mueller, provide a culinary experience that is renowned throughout the Atlantic region,” says Roberge of the distinction that is shared with many restaurants across the country.
Other Diamond-award winners include Bishop’s in Vancouver, North 44 in Toronto, Raymonds in Newfoundland and Onyx in Nova Scotia, among others.
