Earls Restaurant Group Rolling Out Vegan Menu in North America


VANCOUVER — Earls Restaurant Group has announced that it will debut a 100-per-cent vegan, plant-based menu across all of its locations in North America on October 17.

Offering plant-based dishes such as spicy tofu tacos, crispy tofu zen bowl, avocado toast, vegan field-greens salad, vegan Hunan kung pao and vegan quinoa and avocado power bowl.

The vegan menu, which took two years to develop, was featured at 12 select Earls establishments in July and will now expand to all 66 locations across Canada and the U.S.
